Fake reviews rampant
Product quality has declined. Too many fake reviews inflate scores. Returned three items last month. Customer service is still good though.

Convenient but watch third-party sellers
Amazon is generally great for Prime members. Fast shipping and easy returns. Watch out for marketplace sellers though — always check the "Sold by" field.

Hit or miss on quality
Hit and miss. Sometimes the product quality is great, sometimes it is terrible counterfeit. Wish they had stricter controls on third-party listings.
